Ethiopians won gold in World Robot Contest Champions in Beijing, China

Addis Ababa, September 16, 2021 (FBC) – Ethiopian students learning in various higher institutions of China have participated at World Robot Contest Champions in Beijing.

Among the Ethiopian postgraduate students Selamu Yishak has won gold while Abakuma Getachew and Tsegaye Alemu were honored with silver in “Tri-Co” Robots and Robot Application competition.

The other contestants Yohannes Hailemeskel and Henok Seifu have won bronze in similar area of contest. They also showcased Robotics technologies at the competition held on September 13, 2021 in Beijing.
